Quality Policy

Nidhi International is a team of professionals focused on manufacturing the highest quality products at a fair value that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. Every employee of the company is committed to the pursuit of excellence with continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Nidhi International Quality Policy is based on the criteria set forth in ISO 9001. Our goal is to ensure quality products by promoting and demanding adherence to these requirements.

01. Pledge

Nidhi International is committed to being very aggressive in our attitude towards quality and customer service, primarily since we want to be ranked as the "best" in our business. Quality is not just another goal; it is our basic strategy for survival and future growth.

02. Priority

Our customers demand and warrant a high quality product - it is our responsibility to provide them what they demand. If customer’s requirements are unclear, then it is our job to seek out a better understanding of their requirements. If we fail at any time, then we must determine what went wrong and assure that it doesn't happen again.

03. Objective

Our quality objectives are to furnish high quality products, on time, and at the lowest cost. The attainment of such objectives will lead to, customer satisfaction, enhanced performance of the product at the application level, and ongoing improvements in process efficiency. Once an objective is achieved, it should be recognized and reset to stimulate further quality improvement.
